Achill Legal manage the secretariats for several legal sustainability networks. Data on firms and people is collected when they join the various networks, which enables the secretariats to:

Where do we get and store personal information from
We use Transpond, Capsule and Ninja Forms across all of our networks to capture your personal information via one of the following forms:

- Bulletin sign up form
- Membership form
- Project/network specific form
By completing one of our forms, you are providing us with consent to receive information about that specific network. When you first sign up to a bulletin provided by Achill Legal you will be asked to verify your email. Please note we will only send you bulletins to the networks that you have individually signed up to receive.
Achill Legal uses Capsule CRM to store your information and Transpond by Capsule to send out bulletins and/or emails.

How long we keep information
In accordance with the Data Protection Legislation, Achill Legal will only retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the legitimate purposes for which the personal data is processed. When those purposes come to an end, Achill Legal will securely delete the personal with immediate effect.
