Clyde & Co is taking a long-term approach to net zero by securing carbon removal credits through a five-year deal with Nature Broking, covering 10,000 tonnes of emissions annually from 2038. Credits come from UK woodland, rewilding, and technology-based projects. Treated as balance-sheet assets and fully insured, this approach allows the firm to invest at scale without affecting short-term profits. The strategy complements Clyde & Co’s net-zero target by 2038.
