LSA Carbon Reporting Portal Now OPEN

We have reached that time of year when we encourage all LSA members to report their carbon footprint using the LSA’s Carbon Reporting Tool.  The “window” for submitting your firm’s carbon data opened on Monday 30 January and will close on Friday 31 March. 

 Firms who report tell us that they find the process helpful for benchmarking their performance against other law firms and also in identifying where they may be able to cut both carbon and costs.  We hope as many LSA members as possible will be encouraged to use the tool to record and submit their data, which will be used to compile the LSA Annual Report for 2017.

Do we have the right contact? 

All main contacts at LSA member firms have been sent an email from the support team at Greenstone ([email protected]), who run the platform for the LSA Carbon Reporting Tool, on Monday January 30th with their user ID and password to allow them to access the Tool.  LSA Members – please check in boxes for this email – do let us know if there is someone in your firm who should receive it instead of/as well as you.

Guidance and recording of our “How To” Webinar 

Greenstone have also provided a copy of the user guide for the Tool which gives a simple explanation of how to enter and submit your firm’s carbon data.  This can also be downloaded from the Tool itself or from this site.  For those who would prefer to be talked through this, a recording of a 30 minute “How To” webinar we ran on 2 Feb is available from the member area of this site.
